Related Products

Sometimes, products that are sold separately are better when bought together because they complement each other. Or you need to advertise particular products and want people to purchase more items. In any scenario, the related products feature will be an ideal fit for you.

The store allows similar products to be displayed on the product detail page and the shopping bag page.

Product Details Page

To add related products to a product:

1. Click eCommerce on the left side, then click Manage Store.
2. Click Catalogue, followed by Products.
3. Click Edit Product next to the product you wish to add related items too.
4. Select Related Products. You have three options for displaying associated items:

• To display particular items as similar ones. To designate similar products, click the Assign Products button.
• To display random goods inside a category, flip the Display random products toggle.
• Display specific and random items from categories.

The chosen related products are displayed in the You May Also Like section on the product detail page.

Bag Page

It is possible that the customer will overlook a related item on the product details page. You may easily remind them about related products on the shopping bag page. On the bag page, the section You May Also Like will display, a listing of the related items indicated for the products added to the bag.

To allow the following comparable products:

1. Select Settings inside the Store Control Panel.
2. Select General, followed by Cart & Checkout.
3. Scroll down to Related products and click the toggle next to the On Cart page.

Examples

• Covers for iPhones would be sold in a store that sells mobile phones and accessories.
• You can add related products if your product goes well with a guide or extra service that you sell separately.
• Within one category, your items are interconnected. You can enable Random product from and choose this category for all products. As a result, all products will be related within a single category across the whole store.
