Troubleshooting Video Widget

My video isn't playing.

The video is simply embedded on the site by the Video widget. If the video does not play, it is possible that it has been removed or that its share settings prevent it from being played. Check that the video's sharing settings are correct.
My video is not uploading

Normally, this is a caching issue. But it is highly recommended to check that the video is not more than 200MB. You can only upload up to 100 vides to your site.
The incorrect thumbnail is displayed.

The thumbnail image is taken from the settings on YouTube, Vimeo, or DailyMotion. To see if the problem persists, use the embed code provided by the video host and insert it into the HTML widget.
How do I select a streaming quality?

The streaming quality is determined by the limits set by YouTube, Vimeo, or DailyMotion. Using the settings icon, the user can adjust the quality as desired.
The video loads too slowly.

The viewer's connection speed determines the video load speed.
Why isn't my video playing automatically on the live published site?

The autoplay feature is only available when the audio is muted. This is due to browser limitations and is not unique to Website Builder sites. Refer to Chrome's documentation about autoplay (Firefox and Safari have similar restrictions as well).

To mute the audio and enable autoplay, open the Content and Design menu by clicking the video. Click Customise Video on the Design tab, then enable the Mute Video and Autoplay Video toggle.
