Google Sheets Collections

Dynamic Pages can be made from a collection of Google Sheets. See Define a Collection for Dynamic Pages if you want to learn more about collections.

The following things can't be done with Google Sheets collections:

To build a collection in Google Sheets:

1. Click Content, then Collections, and then click + New Collection on the left side.
2. Click the Google Sheets.
3. Click Sign in with Google.
4. Sign in using the Google Account containing the collection.
5. Choose the Google Sheet that will serve as your collection.
6. Click Connect Spreadsheets.
7. Specify the appropriate data type for every field.
8. Click Done.

Google Sheets does not presently allow inner collections.

To add a new column to a collection in Google Sheets:

1. In the sidebar, select Content, then Collections.
2. Click the Google Sheets collection to open it.
3. Click the +Add Field button.
4. Choose the data type from the Data Type drop-down box and enter the field's name in the Field Name area.
5. Click Refresh Data.

The new column is added to the accessible fields when a widget is connected.
