Shipping Options

Set up shipping options for your products and an address from which the packages will be sent.

To set up an option for shipping:

  1. Click eCommerce on the left side of the page, and then click Manage Store.
  2. Click Delivery and Pickup.
  3. Click on +Add Shipping Method.
  4. Choose how you will ship your goods (for example, UPS, FedEx, or Local delivery).
  5. Choose from the options below (not all options can be available for all carriers)
  6. Automatically calculated. Shipping rates are determined based on the order details and automatically retrieved from the carrier.  No extra setting up is needed.
  7. Free shipping. Set up free shipping if you include the cost of shipping in your product prices or if you cover the costs in other ways. Customers are more likely to complete their orders when they are offered free shipping.
  8. Flat rate.  Set up a flat rate to charge a fixed shipping fee for all orders, regardless of quantity.
  9. Custom rates. Set your own shipping cost calculation rules based on the order price, the number of items, or the weight of the order.

Set Up an Origin Address

To set up an origin address, you must:

  1. Click Shipping & Pickup in the Store Control Panel.
  2. Click Origin Address Setup.
  3. Select one of the following options:
  4. I ship orders from the address of my business. Choose this if the place you ship orders from and the address of your business are the same.
  5. Orders are sent out from a warehouse or another place. Choose this if you are sending orders from a place other than the address of your company. When you enter the shipping origin address, the company address will stay the same.
  6. Enter the address in the spaces that are there.
  7. Click Save.

Once you've added a shipping option, you'll see the option to set an origin address. If not, the shipping origin is created automatically based on the Company Address set in Settings > General > Store Profile.
