Product Gallery Widget

Melody Jaimon • July 1, 2022

The Product Gallery widget enables you to build multiple product galleries on the same page for various implementations such as new products, bestsellers, and any other store categories available in the catalogue.

Up to 100 products or categories can be displayed in the Product Gallery widget. Use the Main Store widget to display all of your products. In multi-language sites, the Product Gallery widget is not supported.

Keep in mind to include the Main Store widget on at least one of your site’s pages in order to link products from the product gallery to the store. If not, customers who click on a product will receive a 404 error.

To add the widget:

  1. Go to the eCommerce tab and click Add store widget. You can also search the Store by clicking the Widget
  2. Simply click and drag the widget into your site.

See Add Widgets to learn more about how to add widgets to your site.

Content Editor

  1. To access the content editor just right-click the widget and select Edit Content.
  2. From the Choose Gallery of Products drop-down menu, select a category of products. To add new categories, go to the Store Control panel, click Catalog and then select Categories. You can select the following categories:
  3. All Categories - displays the whole range of categories and subcategories in the Store Control Panel.
  4. What’s New- products added to the store in the last 30 days are displayed here.
  5. On Sale - You can make your products look like they're on sale by configuring the Store Control Panel to display them with a higher comparison price than what is currently listed. For more information, see Sale Price.
  6. Click the toggles to customize the display of products in the gallery (for example, title, button, price, and so on).
  7. If necessary, change the text that appears on the Buy Now button, the On Sale label, and the Sold Out label.

After adding the Product Gallery widget, it may take a few minutes for changes to the catalogue to be reflected in the widget.

Design Editor

To access the Design Editor just right-click the widget and select Edit Design. As necessary, configure the design of labels for on-sale or out-of-stock products.

Both product gallery widgets and photo gallery widgets have the same design features. Please go to the
Photo Gallery Widget for more details.

Widget Design for details regarding the design options that are not specified for this widget such as layout, style, or spacing.
