Mobile Management App

The store supports mobile apps for both iOS and Android, that allows you to manage your store anywhere using your mobile phone, receive notifications about new orders, and share your products on Instagram, Facebook, SMS, and email.

1. Download the My e-Shop app from the Apple App Store or Google Play on your phone.
2. Open the app and choose Log in with QR code. You cannot log in with your email address.
3. Go to the editor, click eCommerce on the left panel, and then click Manage Store to make your QR code.
4. Then click Get the App after clicking Mobile. With this, a QR code is generated.
5. Using the app, scan the QR code.

Manage Inventory

1. To access the catalogue, tap the box icon.
   
2. Select the product you want to update.
3. Access product controls by tapping the product’s price.

In this section, you can toggle the product's availability, change the pricing, configure the sale price, manage the quantity of items currently in stock, set up the item weight, and remove the product.

Manage Orders

1. To access the order list, tap the paper tray icon.
   
2. Tap the order to get all of its details.
3. To change the status of an order, tap the status (e.g. Awaiting Payment) and pick a new status from the list. The status will be changed immediately.

Manage Inventory

1. Swipe left to see the menu, then tap Products.
2. You will see a list of products, along with their inventory and prices.
3. Tap on the product to view its details.
4. To edit a value, tap on the value you wish to modify.
5. To view product description, swipe from the bottom to the top.
6. Tap it again to view it with the formatting, and then tap it once more to enter edit mode. With the help of the toolbar at the top, you can adjust the format and change the text.

Manage Orders

1. To access the menu, swipe from left to right, and then choose Placed Orders.
2. You will see a list of the orders that you have placed.
3. Sort the orders if needed.
4. To view the details of the order, tap on the order.
5. Simply tap on the order status, and a popup menu will allow you to select a new status.
6. The status will be changed immediately.
7. Return to the order list to view the changes.
