Create Discount

Please keep in mind that this feature is currently in open beta and is accessible to all existing Website Builder users.
Discounts are an excellent approach to encourage customers to spend money at your store. Discounts may be either a fixed sum, such as $10 off, or a percentage of the total price, such as 10% off.
To make a discount:
- Click eCommerce and then Store Management.
- Click the Setup payment gateways.
- From the Settings menu, select Discount.
- Click the +Add discount.
- Fill out the fields under Discount general information.
- Name. The internal name for the discount. It is just visible to you and will not be viewed by shoppers.
- Expiration date. When the discount expires.
- Usage limit per customer. The number of times the same customer can use the discount code.
- Total usage limit. The number of times the discount code can be used in total by all customers.
- Combine with other discounts. Whether or not this discount code may be used in conjunction with other discount codes when checking out.
- Complete the Promotion section’s field:
- Action. The method by which the discount is computed, such as whether it is a fixed amount or a percentage of the purchase price.
- Amount off. The amount that the discount cuts off the price.
- Complete the Trigger section’s fields.
- Condition. The shopper's method of applying the discount, such as entering the code in a box at checkout. Note that only promo codes are currently supported.
- Code. The discount code that shoppers use at the checkout. There are no length restrictions on the code, which may contain letters, numbers, spaces and special characters.
- Click Create.
