Use Authorize Net as Your Store Payment Provider
To allow your customers to pay using Authorize.net, you must first create an Authorize.net merchant account and link it to your store via the editor.
Set Up an Authorize.Net Account
To use Authorize.net as your payment provider, you must first open a merchant account with Authorize.Net.
- Go to your Authorize.net merchant account and sign in.
- Navigate to the page Receipt/Response URLs.
- Tap Add URL.
- To the URL field, type https://app.multiscreenstore.com/authorizenet/11111111 (where STORE ID is the ID of your store). Your store ID is located at the bottom of the Dashboard area.
- Press the
Submit
button.
Connect Authorize.Net to the Store
To link Authorize.net to Store, you must:
- Click eCommerce on the left panel, then Manage Store.
- Select Payment, and scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Choose Payment Processor.
- Choose Credit Card: Authorize.Net Sim from the drop-down menu.
- Enter your API Login, Transaction Key, and MD5 Hash value.
- Select the transaction type you want to activate:
- Authorize only. This transaction type will not be settled unless you manually capture the funds in your Authorize.Net merchant account.
- Authorize and Capture. This is the most typical sort of credit card transaction, in which the amount is forwarded for authorisation and then automatically submitted for settlement if granted.
- Click
Save.

Troubleshooting
You can encounter the following issues when establishing your account:
Authorize.net FDC Merchant ID or Terminal ID is incorrect
- This error suggests a problem with your Authorize.net setup. Please notify Authorize.net customer support about this problem.
(99) This transaction cannot be accepted
(13) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive
In regards to Authorize.net, the API Login Id, Transaction Key, and MD5 Hash Value must be exactly the same in both your customer's Authorize.Net account and his Authorize.Net settings in the StoreFront Control Panel. Even a single extra space at the end of a value might result in 99 error.
