Empowrd

Empowrd website preview

Empowrd came to us looking for a website that truly reflected their values and mission. Their old website just didn't do them any justice. It was an outdated mess that seemed to utilise design trends from the early 2010s, which is bad because it gave site visitors the wrong impression. When Empowrd realised this, they contacted us to help them create something more suitable for the new-age users.

We were more than happy to help create an online presence that was both visually appealing and modern, with easy and intuitive navigation for their visitors made possible by a streamlined layout and smart usage of calls-to-action (CTAs).

The newly designed site is clear in its messaging as well as informative about the services offered by Empowrd. We created a sharp and professional look, yet also added elements of warmth and humanity to ensure visitors feel welcome and at home at the same time.

We also incorporated a user-friendly “Easy Sign Up” form that makes it really easy for NDIS participants to sign up to their services.

Overall, we believe Empowrd now has a website that accurately represents their brand and mission of providing high-quality NDIS Plan Management and Support Coordination services. They now have a platform that does justice to the great work they do.

Inunison Management Services

Inunison Management Services website preview

In this web design project for Inunison, we transformed their outdated one-page website into a streamlined and visually appealing online platform.

Our main goal was to provide valuable information to Inunison's target clients, NDIS participants and NDIS providers, in a clear, concise and easily accessible manner. We achieved this by spreading the content evenly across multiple pages while ensuring that each page delivers specific and relevant information without overwhelming the user.

One of the key design elements we incorporated was the seamless integration of Inunison's inherently aesthetically powerful logo colour scheme throughout the website. This not only creates a cohesive visual experience, but also helps to reinforce brand recognition and identity.

Visitors can easily navigate the website to find comprehensive details about Inunison, including their services and the qualities that set them apart from other plan managers, along with clear calls-to-action for further engagement. We also created an interactive form that allows NDIS participants, providers or families to sign up in as quick as 5 steps.

In addition to improved functionality, we further enhanced the overall user experience by implementing intuitive navigation menus and responsive design for mobile users. The latter is absolutely essential in today’s day and age where people are increasingly relying on their smartphones and tablets to access the internet.

To sum it up, this web design project has successfully transformed the online presence of Inunison. Their new website allowed them to efficiently deliver valuable information to their target audience while maintaining a visually appealing and cohesive brand identity.

Coastal Nursing Services

Coastal Nursing Services website preview

Love My Online Marketing excelled in creating a high-quality NDIS website that perfectly embodied Coastal Nursing Services' commitment to providing exceptional in-home nursing services and support. The user-friendly interface, visually pleasing aesthetics, and informative content were meticulously designed to cater to individuals with disabilities and their caregivers.

Our primary goal was to develop a website that harmoniously showcased Coastal Nursing Services' brand identity while addressing the unique needs of their target audience. Love My Online Marketing achieved this by ensuring seamless functionality across various devices, such as smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers. Emphasising easy navigation through clear menus, a well-organised layout, and an efficient search function, we aimed to enhance user experience and accessibility.

In crafting the design, we strategically utilised a color palette dominated by soothing shades of blue. Blue, often associated with healthcare, was chosen for its ability to instill trust, reliability, and a sense of calm and professionalism. This choice further complemented Coastal Nursing Services' mission and vision.

Furthermore, we carefully curated engaging visuals, incorporating high-quality images featuring caregivers and clients. These visuals were thoughtfully selected to convey a profound sense of care, compassion, and dedication, enhancing the overall impact of the website.

Alive4Life

Alive4Life website preview

Alive4Life's previous website fell short of capturing the essence of their business. Its basic design failed to communicate their dedication and expertise in serving the NDIS sector effectively. This often left visitors, who are mostly comprised of NDIS participants, plan managers, and families of participants, with an underwhelming impression. Moreover, operating in both Wollongong and Campbelltown presented a unique challenge in designing a website that accommodated both locations and their diverse service offerings.

To address these challenges, the Love My Online Marketing team created a website for Alive4Life that is both visually captivating and highly functional. The new design exuded professionalism and provided a seamless user experience from the first page to the last. We leveraged our expertise to devise a solution that incorporated two main landing pages within a single website while making sure that all the services are organised properly and clearly without being too wordy. This structure made it simpler for visitors to navigate and explore the specific services available in each location, eliminating confusion and streamlining the user journey.

To enhance usability further, we also incorporated a mega menu to provide intuitive and efficient navigation throughout the website regardless of what page the user is on. In addition, since we understand how important it is to cater to the modern user’s needs, we designed the website with a responsive layout to ensure it maintains its beauty and functionality across various devices.

As part of the comprehensive overhaul, we even crafted a new logo for Alive4Life — one that captured the essence of their mission. And of course, we incorporated the logo's colours harmoniously throughout the website. This cohesive branding approach reinforced their identity and contributed to a stronger online presence.

In conclusion, Alive4Life's new website now truly represents the exceptional services they provide. With a stunning design, seamless navigation, and a focus on user experience, the website serves as a powerful tool to connect with their target audience and make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

INS LifeGuard

INS LifeGuard website preview

INS LifeGuard is part of the INS Group. Like what we did with the websites of the INS Group and INS CareCall, we redesigned INS LifeGuard’s website to make sure it doesn’t fall behind on trends in website design for healthcare companies. However, it took more time and effort to redesign this website because it’s much larger and more complex than INS Group and INS CareCall’s websites.

Our changes and improvements include, but are not limited to:

  • revamping the colour scheme
  • optimising the layout to streamline the user experience
  • adding interactive visual elements to further improve UX
  • writing quality, informative content for the products and services
  • adding more calls-to-action (CTAs)
  • optimising the pages to improve their SEO performance
  • adding a mega menu to improve site navigation
  • setting up ecommerce so users can shop healthcare products with ease

Although the original INS LifeGuard website looked great and worked out really well for them, we managed to pull off the monumental task of successfully redesigning an already good and functional website. Everything from the visuals and written content to the layout and navigation have improved significantly.

Again, the INS Group is very happy with how INS LifeGuard’s redesigned website looks. We are also very proud of our designers and content writers for their outstanding work.

Flame Lily

Flame Lily website preview

Love My Online Marketing recently had the privilege of redesigning the website for Flame Lily Australia, a provider of extensive NDIS-funded nursing support by Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses. The project began with Flame Lily providing us with all the necessary information about their business, and from there, we set out to create an outstanding website that effectively represented their brand and services.

One of the key strategies we employed in this design was the organisation of content. We wanted to ensure that visitors to the Flame Lily website could easily find the information they were looking for. To achieve this, we carefully categorised and structured the content in the mega menu, making it more accessible and user-friendly.

To create a strong visual identity for Flame Lily, we prominently featured their distinctive orange lily icon and brand colour throughout the website. This consistent use of the brand colour not only enhanced recognition but also created a sense of visual cohesion across the site.

Making it easy for potential clients to get in touch or schedule appointments is also essential. We included a contact form and click-to-call buttons to encourage user engagement.

To make it easily discoverable by individuals seeking NDIS-funded nursing support, our web design approach includes SEO optimisation to improve the website's ranking on search engines, increasing its visibility to potential clients.

Their website now serves as an informative platform that showcases Flame Lily's commitment to providing high-quality, nursing support. It effectively communicates the range of services they offer, which includes in-home assistance for individuals dealing with complex medical conditions.

Choice Plan Management

Choice Plan Management website preview

Choice Plan Management faced the challenge of operating without a website. This limited their ability to showcase their expertise and services to potential clients. As a registered NDIS plan manager, they recognised how important it was for them to establish an online presence that inspired trust, conveyed their capabilities, and attracted NDIS participants and providers.

Understanding the simplicity of their offering, the Love My Online Marketing team focused on designing a clean, professional, and compelling website for Choice Plan Management. The home page became the centerpiece. It featured essential information strategically positioned across the page to convince their target clients as to why they should choose Choice Plan Management as their NDIS plan manager.

We included key sections such as "How We Help," "Who We Help," and "Benefits of Working with Choice Plan Management" to address the core concerns of NDIS participants and providers, highlighting the unique value proposition of Choice Plan Management’s services.

Moreover, giving the website a responsive layout was of utmost importance due to the prevalence of mobile devices. We crafted a design that seamlessly adapts to various screen sizes and resolutions. This responsiveness allowed Choice Plan Management's website to cater to the needs of modern users.

In summary, Choice Plan Management now boasts a professional and informative website that effectively conveys their expertise as registered NDIS plan managers. With a clear focus on the target audience and a responsive design, their online presence now serves as a powerful tool to attract and engage NDIS participants and providers across Australia.
